OUR COMPANY POLICY

Most goods purchased from Frome Model Centre are covered by various manufacture guaranties and warranties.

In the rare event of a product which has been purchased from Frome Model Centre becoming faulty, you may wish to take advantage of the manufactures guarantee or warranty,  to do so you will need proof of purchase and the guarantee or warranty card that came with the product.

Without any of these proofs of purchase etc we will be unable to process any claim on your behalf.

All purchases made at Frome Model Centre have a receipt issued at the time of transaction and you will have been given a receipt it is your responsibility to safe guard the receipt.
